John’s Omni Auto Service is proud to be a participating ACDelco Consumer Assurance Program Independent Service Center. As a consumer, you will enjoy the security and confidence that this program offers. It’s our way of letting you know that we stand behind each and every quality ACDelco part we sell and install in your vehicle.

If any ACDelco product installed by a participating Independent Service Center featuring quality ACDelco parts fails within 12 months or 12,000 miles from the time of the original repair you can bring your vehicle back in for ACDelco warranty coverage (parts only).

If you are more than 25 miles away from the original repair facility do not worry! Here’s all you have to do to get back on the road:

Call the toll-free Consumer Assurance Program number at 1-800-ACDelco (223-3526) and select prompt #3. If necessary the call center technician will arrange for towing assistance (provided at no extra charge) to the nearest participating Independent Service Center that features quality ACDelco parts. Present your original receipt to the repair facility for authorization.

It’s that easy! After the repair facility authorizes your receipt, the repairs will be made and you’ll be on your way. The ACDelco Consumer Assurance Program is your ticket to worry-free, hassle-free travel.
